More awards and separation of Divisions depending on number of contestants. Plan on 2 hours of Pageant and coming back later if required for our Overall Awards. All Music will be turned in at workshop on CD or emailed prior to pageant day and will be on computer. All Photos will also be collected prior to pageant day for special photogenic awards.

Please remain in your  Party wear for awards. Photos will be taken of all royalty for our website at the end of each awards ceremony. Photos will also be taken of our Overall High point winners and be seen in Pageantry Magazine with a write up, along with a picture of our Pageantry Spirit Award Winner.

                            Guidelines for Competition 

 
1.    Parents will be with contestants at all times for ages 0-2. Parents may walk or stand in the back with ages 3-4. Coaching is allowed in the audience for the younger ages 3-6. Older contestants should be prepared and ready without assistance but no points will deducted if needed. Parents will also be allowed on stage to assist our younger contestants for TALENT.

2.    Props are allowed as long as they are not too elaborate. No pyro, fire, smoke, fog, special lighting, live animals or loose glitter will be allowed on stage. Prop set up time not to exceed 1 min. and must be cleared just as fast.

3.    Do not approach the judges before, during or after the pageant. It is ok to speak to them if they approach you.

4.    No solicitation of any kind will be allowed without prior permission from the Director.

5.    Please be ready and lined up 5 min. before scheduled competition time. It is the responsibility of the contestants and/or chaperones to be on time and know of any changes that may have been announced during the competition. We can not hold the pageant to wait for any contestant. Any contestants late will be allowed to compete at the end of their division with point deductions.

6.    Entry Forms must be received 15 days before the Pageant. There will be a $35.00 fee on all returned checks. Balance is Due at Pageant Check-in. The first contestant to enter will be the last in line up for their age division. There is no spectator fee into the pageant so invite all your friends!  The Social Butterfly award will be given to the contestant with the most supporters present at the Las Vegas, Nevada Pageant. Only Cash or Money orders will be accepted at check-in. Door Registrations will be accepted with a $20.00 late fee added. We have a No refund policy but will be happy to credit towards your next Creative Pageant Event.

7.    GLAMOUR AND GRACE (MODELING/BEAUTY) - Music will be provided for Party Dress.  Judges will be looking for beauty, elegance and grace. You may provide your own music or make a selection at registration for Summertime Fun Outfit of Choice with Pro-am modeling. Music must be turned in at workshops or 15 days before and include OOC, Name, and age division. Music may not exceed 90 seconds. Music selections and/ or cuts will be provided for those that need it. Judges will be looking for that creativity, personality, and overall stage presence in your Outfit Of Choice. So bring that confidence and have some FUN!

8.    SHOWBIZ (TALENT) - All music must be turned in on CD or emailed with Name, Talent Type,Title of song, and Age Division prior to pageant day.  Music must not contain any explicit lyrics and be age appropriate.   You may enter Talent as many times as you like but only your highest score will be considered for Titles.This is a great way to try out something new and see how the judges respond. Talent must not consist of the same type/style. Example: Jazz Dance and Tap Dance are two different types and may be used. No pyro, fire, or special lighting allowed in routines. Microphone will be available upon request. Piano or keyboard will be available upon request. All other instruments are contestant's responsibility.*Note: All talent must not exceed 2 min. and 30 sec.

9.    VOGUE (PHOTOGENIC) - Photos may not exceed 8 x 10 and do not have to be professionally done. This can be a headshot or full body shot. Photos are scored in the 3 catagories (Natural, Glamour and Creative Cuties.) Judges will be looking for beauty, personality, photo quality and clarity. Please Bring Photos to Workshop or mail in prior to Pageant day.  You may enter as many photos as you wish. The one photo with the highest score for Natural will then be used towards your Natural Vogue Title score and same with Glamour, and Creative Cutie. All photos submitted must have the contestants name, age division and catagory on the back. Each contestant is encouraged to participate in Vogue and to submit additional photos! 10.    Great News Everyone - Photography and Video will be allowed in the audience.  You may also take advantage by ordering a package from our professional photographer. All Video cameras will be allowed but videos will also be available for purchase for those who want to sit back and enjoy the Las Vegas, Nevada show!
